Computing On The Edge - 202320

Human Edited Linked Content

As I started putting out weekly this short list of read recommendations, I got away with the placeholder name of "The Weekly Dev". Now I found one that I actually like, and will try to stick with it: "Computing On The Edge".

That's meant both in the sense of "Bleeding Edge", then about being up-to-date, and in the sense of "Edge Computing" that is: not everything belongs to the cloud, if you have computing power that you actually govern and can make use of.

Also, "on the edge" is meant to convey the idea of something risky, not that you enjoy taking risks with your data, but rather would want to be aware of what the risks are, and how to cope with them.

I won't stress it too much, but you might want to subscribe to get this content weekly in your inbox.
